A Lady weaving Toraja Traditional Clothes in South Sulawesi


Many places in Indonesia has  its own traditional weaved clothes. In the past it was a mandatory for a woman being able to weave clothes ( Ind: tenun ) for being accepted as a mature woman.

To produce a weave clothes can take time of weeks.

Weave clothes become an important heritage from Indonesia.
